nibnow is free. We do not take any payment today, so there is nothing to cancel and nothing to refund.
Before anyone can be charged, the price, what it includes, how often it renews and the total you will pay (including any taxes) will be shown clearly at checkout. There will be no fees that are not shown there, and no payment is collected without you taking a deliberate step to pay.
You will be able to cancel from your account at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
If you are charged by mistake, charged twice, or charged after you cancelled, we will refund the full amount. Other refund requests are assessed under the refund window published here before paid plans go live, and nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under Indian consumer law.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. The time it takes to appear depends on your bank or the payment provider, and is outside our control.

This page will be updated with the exact refund window, tax details and payment provider before any paid plan is offered, and existing users will not be charged without their explicit action.
