Authorities at the Dental College and Hospital located in Shimla have penalized a trio of students with a fine of Rs 25,000 individually because of bullying behavior directed at younger peers. Yogesh Bhardwaj, who serves as the principal of the institution, explained that this disciplinary action was taken to demonstrate that the school maintains a strict zero tolerance approach regarding intimidation and harassment. He further noted that since the incidents did not feature any physical assault, the administration decided that monetary fines were the appropriate punishment for the offenders.
