WHAT HAPPENED

Sudarshan Chemical Industries has signed a share purchase agreement to acquire a 15.89% stake in Sudarshan Colorants India Limited for ₹150.76 crore. The acquisition is part of the company's proposed transaction to acquire 70.26% of the total shareholding of Sudarshan Colorants India, formerly Heubach Colorants India Ltd.
