WHAT HAPPENED
Paytm reported a net profit of ₹226 crore for the second quarter, compared with ₹21 crore a year ago. Revenue increased 28.5% year-on-year to ₹2,648 crore, while group EBITDA rose 91.5% to ₹270 crore and the EBITDA margin expanded to 10.2% from 6.8%.
