WHAT HAPPENED
Cyclone Arnab, forming over the Bay of Bengal, is expected to intensify into a very severe storm before hitting Andhra Pradesh on October 28. Its remnants may interact with a western disturbance, bringing intense rainfall to northern India and Nepal.
