WHAT HAPPENED
Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions has raised ₹2,500 crore through green debt securities, or non-convertible debentures (NCDs), on a private placement basis. The secured, listed and redeemable NCDs were issued across five series with maturities ranging from two to 10 years and fixed coupons of 8.25% to 8.76%, with investors including IFC, NABFID and IIFCL.
